We are thrilled to announce that Mallorca Distillery was recently chosen as the location for the latest Hidden Kitchen event.

Hidden Kitchen is a unique concept founded by Chefsin, the union of the best chefs from the Balearic Islands. It offers an exclusive dining experience where talented chefs prepare a special menu for a select group of diners in a secret venue.

For this particular evening, we had the privilege of hosting Mexican chef David Moreno from Can Simoneta. He crafted a remarkable seven-course menu that beautifully blended the flavors of Mallorca and Mexico, David's cuisine expertly combined the intense tastes of Mexico with the finest Mediterranean ingredients.
