BUYING PRODUCTS ON OUR WEBSITE

By placing an order with Mallorca Distillery, you acknowledge to have read and agreed to these Terms and Conditions. If you are unhappy with any aspect of these, then you should contact us at info@mallorcadistillery.com before placing your order with us.

We must receive payment of the whole of the price for the goods that you order before your order can be accepted. Once payment has been received by us we will confirm that your order has been accepted by sending an email to you at the email address you provide in your order form. Our acceptance of your order brings into existence a legally binding contract between us.

AGE OF CONSENT

By using this site, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence, or that you are the age of majority in your state or province of residence and you have given us your consent to allow any of your minor dependents to use this site.

PROCESSING YOUR ORDER

Once your order has been placed, it will be processed within 3-5 working days. You will then receive an email from our courier with the tracking number.

We require a signature for any goods delivered, at which point responsibility for your purchased goods passes to you. If you have specified a recipient who is not you for delivery purposes (for example as a gift) then you accept that evidence of a signature by them (or at that delivery address) is evidence of delivery and fulfilment by Mallorca Distillery and transfer of responsibility in the same way.

If possible, please check the condition of your parcel before you sign for it. If it’s at all damaged, don’t sign for it but hand it back to the courier to return to us. To purchase products from Mallorca Distillery, you must be of legal age to buy alcohol in the country in which you reside. Delivery will only be made to individuals of legal purchase age and our delivery company will require signature on delivery. Our delivery company will check ID if they are unsure of the recipients age.

Unfortunately, we do not deliver directly to addresses outside of Spain or the United Kingdom. You may place an order for Product(s) from outside Spain/United Kingdom if you have a Spanish or United Kingdom billing address for your credit or debit card, but the order must be for delivery to an address within Spain or the United Kingdom.

DELIVERY

Mallorca Distillery undertakes to deliver the products in the shortest possible time, and in any case, within thirty (30) calendar days from the date of formulation of the order. Delivery will be made at the address indicated for this purpose in the registration process. Products will not be delivered in post office boxes or booths.

AVAILABILITY

All items are subject to availability. We will inform and refund you as soon as possible if the goods you have ordered are not available.

SHIPPING COSTS

The shipping costs will be paid by the customer and will be calculated at checkout. There will be no shipments to the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla.

El haber realizado un pedido con Mallorca Distillery, implica la aceptación de los presentes Términos y Condiciones. Si no está de acuerdo con alguno de estos términos y condiciones, deberá contactarnos a través de info@mallorcadistillery.com antes de realizar el pedido.

Deberemos recibir el pago completo de los productos que haya solicitado antes de aceptar su pedido. Una vez recibido el pago, confirmaremos su pedido enviándole un email al correo electrónico que nos haya proporcionado. La aceptación de su pedido representa un contrato legal entre nosotros.

EDAD DE CONSENTIMIENTO

El uso de esta página web, significa que es mayor de edad en su lugar o provincia de residencia, y nos ha dado su consentimiento para permitir que otros menores de edad o dependientes de usted utilicen este sitio.

PROCESO DEL PEDIDO

Una vez haya realizado su pedido, éste se completará en 3-5 días. Una vez completado, recibirá un email de nuestra mensajería con un número de referencia.

Necesitaremos una firma por cualquier producto que se entregue, y desde ese momento la responsabilidad de la compra de nuestros productos será suya. Si ha especificado un destinatario que no sea usted (por ejemplo si es para un regalo), estará aceptando la firma por parte de la otra persona como prueba de la entrega y el cumplimiento por parte de Mallorca Distillery de sus obligaciones y de la transferencia de la responsabilidad a la otra parte.

A ser posible compruebe bien el estado en el que ha llegado el paquete antes de firmarlo. Si está dañado, no lo firme y entréguelo al mensajero para que nos lo devuelva. Si descubre que el paquete está dañado después de haber firmado, por favor llámenos al +34 871 704 310 o envíenos un email a info@mallorcadistillery.com

Para comprar productos de Mallorca Distillery, deberá cumplir con los requisitos de edad permitida para la compra de alcohol en el país en el que viva. Sólo se hará la entrega a aquellas personas que puedan comprar el producto legalmente y nuestra mensajería os pedirá una firma a la hora de la entrega. Si no están seguros de su edad, revisarán su documento de identificación.

Desafortunadamente, no enviamos fuera de España. Podrá realizar un pedido desde fuera de España si tiene una tarjeta de crédito o débito española, y sólo se podrá enviar a una dirección española.

ENTREGA

Mallorca Distillery se compromete a entregar los productos en el menor tiempo posible, pero siempre en el espacio de 30 días naturales desde el día en el que se realizó el pedido. La entrega se hará en la dirección estipulada en el registro del pedido. Los productos no se dejarán en correos o en buzones.

DISPONIBILIDAD

Todos los productos están sujetos a disponibilidad. Le informaremos y le reembolsaremos si los productos que ha pedido no están disponibles.

PORTES

El cliente pagará los portes que se calculen a la hora de realizar el pedido. No hacemos envíos a las Islas Canarias, Ceuta o Melilla.
